Adding Contacts to the Platform

In this video, I walk you through the process of adding new contacts to our platform, specifically those who don't fit into our existing stakeholder groups like MPs, local councils, and civil servants. To create a contact, simply navigate to the Contacts section under Insights, then select Create Contact and fill in the mandatory fields such as title, first name, and surname, along with any additional relevant information. Once you complete this, you'll have a fully registered contact in our system. Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure we have all necessary contacts on board.

Here you'll be able to add contacts that don't fall within the groups that we have already for stakeholders across MPs, local councils and civil servants, so effectively entries of anybody else that you want to add to the platform.

To do so, you navigate to Contacts, under Insights, go to Create Contact and add the information accordingly, title, first name, surname, as the mandatory fields in there, and then other related information.

Once you've done so, a complete contact will appear in the table. You can view and edit the same contact, and it gives you a compiled version of the entry you made.
