Here is the civil service database. It's a tabular format that you can search through and filter. So what will happen in here is it will have a view of profiles with a short about section, depending on the relevant information available, and you can filter by organization and department.

So by picking an organization, it will default the department. Departments available that sit within it. If it can be applied, shortens the list for you, and it shows you the profiles.
