Welcome to the Helio Help Centre. This is the area in which you'll find a library of tutorial videos on how to use the Helio platform, as well as FAQ information and documentation.

So to use the platform, uhm, we've got a bit of a brief description of what it's for and how you can use it with regards to querying it with an AI response to questions, such as, how can I record a contact activity entry, for example.

And what that will do is draw information from the video tutorials on the left-hand side and the FAQs and other documentation that we'll add to as and when we upgrade and evolve the platform, uh, and give you an answer to your question in here.

You can also combine that and compile that into an AI. Question, it will give you a conversational response with links to relevant information.

So with the question I have here, it's given me an answer to the question using information within the platform and then linked me to the relevant area.
