Stakeholder Selection and Export
In this video, I explain the updated process for selecting stakeholders in our table. You can now select all visible individuals or choose to select everyone in the table with a single click. Additionally, I've highlighted the new feature that allows you to export the activity records for the selected individuals.

We've changed the way that you can select stakeholders in a table. So when you select an array of people, so in this instance in the table that's visible here, showing 10 per page, to select all it selects all visible.

Hard to deselect that. Change the value in here to show 20 people, select all, it tells me that I've got those 20 selected.

But if you wanted to, you could select everybody in the table by clicking here. It tells you you've got everybody selected.

Clear the selection and that will clear that down. You'll also notice that we've got the ability now to export all of the contacts activities against these selected individuals, and that's the same across the table, so you can go into any, anybody in the table, export the activities against them that

you or colleagues have recorded, as well as their top level Thank you. contact details, so that will be their phone numbers, email addresses, so office constituency email addresses, for example, as well as assistance names and email addresses
