New Helio Platform - Getting Started
Last updated 5 months ago
We know you can’t wait to get started with Helio. You have whitelisted @platform.heliointelligence.com, activated your account using the link in your email from info@platform.heliointelligence.com, so what next? Here are three things you should familiarise yourself with once you’re in the platform:
1. General Political Update (GPU) Preference Centre
You can customise your GPU preferences in the GPU Preference Centre by following these instructions: click on your name > settings > email preferences. You can view which GPUs you’re receiving and toggle them on or off. The GPU Preference Centre is a new and dedicated area in user settings where you can tailor which emails you want to receive based on your needs.

2. Mentions Feed
The Mentions Feed is a self-serve content feed you can create based on our taxonomy of tags. On top of your email mentions, you can set up your own mentions feed in the platform and view them directly in the Mentions section in Helio, where you also have access to stakeholder profiles, stakeholder groups, constituent and council information for further research. Plus you can experiment with Finder, our new AI Search Agent.

3. Contact Activity
My Activity contains all the contact activity entries you have made against stakeholders listed in the Activity feature within the platform.
