Recording activities against 'Contacts' and viewing on the Engagement Dashboard

In this video, I've shared some updates to the 'Contacts' area of our platform. You can now delete entries you've made, record activities against these contacts just like you would with other stakeholders and see entries appear in the engagement dashboard.

We've made some changes and additions to the custom contacts or MyContacts area of the platform. So now you can actually delete entries that you've made.

Previously that wasn't possible, so we can just delete individuals that we've added here. And previously you could only also add record and send emails to these people.

But now we've introduced the ability to, if I view myself here, record wider activity entries against them, like you can other stakeholders within the platform.

So for example, so I've received an email. From those individuals, I can record that as I could any other entry against a stakeholder and likewise.

Sort of older contacts is created. You can do the same with those So, with the addition of the ability to record those contacts activities against created stakeholders, those entries will also now be appear in the engagement dashboard.

So, if I filter for January, for example, you can see that those two entries I just made against the created stakeholder that doesn't, didn't reside in the platform as a, as a preemptive person appear here as well.

So, these will now also appear alongside the entries you have made against people that reside in the platform as standard.
