Sending Mail Merge Emails

In this video, I walk yo through how to create and send an email to Stakeholders, as well as how to create and save a draft email within the platform.

To send an email to stakeholders, go into the people tables across which you'll see UK stakeholders, civil servants, constituency, individuals, local councillors, and then individual groups that you've created separately.

You can send two groups or more. People to individuals in exactly the same way. So in this example, we'll go and pick one person.

Send an email. You'll be taken to the email curation area. And I can write a message in there. Add attachments with these file types.

Obviously the recipients can add a topic that will be reflected in your contact activity and within your engagement dashboard and add your email in the space.

Send a box as an alias, should you so choose. Click send, and that will appear in your sent emails table.

Save it as a draft so you can come back later and that will appear in your, saved draft table.
