Creating Your Own Email Signature

Create and add your own email signature for email merge emails. You can find this option in the settings area, located in the bottom left corner of the screen within the the three dots. Simply paste your signature, including any HTML links, into the designated box and apply the changes.

We've added the ability to create and add your own email signature for email merge emails. You'll find the area to add that and edit it in the settings area of the platform.

So, bottom left hand corner of the screen, the three dots there is where you can settings and it will reside in here with the other settings features that we have.

You'll see email signature, where you can add a new one. So, I just put mine in there, paste the one in that I take from the from my emails.

I could also paste in any that have HTML links, like these ones that take you to a website, uhm, or another inbox, for example, in here.

Uh, apply that change and it will put it into your signature box there. Hide that for now. Mark that as my default signature, so that when I do send email merge emails, this is the one that resides in that email.

Save it. And once that's done, you'll get the confirmation that it's been added. See that that's set as default, and have the ability to edit, delete it, or save or add more.
