You'll see a summary of the most contacted individuals, parties, and topics, along with total activities logged. I also highlight the ability to filter these graphs by date range, users, and specific topics. I encourage you to explore these features to gain insights into your interactions. This is the engagement dashboard that is a visual representation of your contact activity entries and this shows a summary, so the most contacted person, party, most recorded topic and total number of activities logged.

Engagement dashboard. By type, there's a breakdown there. Contact activity by month totals, engagement by party totals, and then the top contacted individuals.

You can filter these graphs to show particular date range, particular users, be it yourself or colleagues and people of interest.

So, for example, I can pick somebody that I have recorded a topic against. Apply the filter and it will show me only activities against that particular person.
