Mentions Feed
In this video, I’m excited to introduce the new mentions feed feature within our platform, which allows you to select from various tags in our taxonomy and display them effectively. As you navigate to the mentions area, you'll initially be directed to the settings page to set up your mentions, which can be edited at any time. Once configured, you'll receive a feed of search results showing how often your selected tags have been mentioned in the last 24 hours. I encourage you to explore the filtering options to refine your results based on specific terms or tags. Please keep in mind that this feature is still in beta, and we will continue to make updates and improvements.

Hello, this is a demonstration of the mentions feed setup and the mentions feed itself. This is a new feature within the platform.

You can select from an array of different tags that we have in our taxonomy of tags and have them display in a certain way.

You can and return feed in the mentions area under monitoring. When you first go into this page in the mentions area, you'll be directed to the settings page because you won't have any mentions set up in the platform.

A broad term and a name for demonstration purposes. This will be quicker upon releasing. When you get your hands on this as well, it's just our team are still working in the background to caveat that.

This is still a beta, so conscious that this will be available, but there will still be development and updates ongoing as we progress, update that you can see that's kept the one term that I wanted it to retain their navigation.

Okay, back to mentions and what will happen is that will give me a feed of search to search results and terms effectively in which that tag appears in the last 24 hours.

I can click and view it and it will also tell me how many times that particular tag is mentioned within the content.

There is a view as well. that we will also be updating this to highlight the term in forthcoming development releases.

That's what I can then filter for particular results as well. So if I know there's something of interest of mine that a particular term appeared in, uh, on the external affairs, the second item there will reduce the search terms for you and filter out what you need.

You can also filter for the tags that have been identified within that set of results. So, for example, what this will show me is all of the people that have been identified in what's returned, in addition to the one term that I'm looking for.

And that's the same across the people, programs, themes, organization tag sets that we have. So all the organizations identified, along with parties, different themes, most of the time seen here.
