Retired Finder [UK + EU Monitoring]: We have retired Finder as we prepare to launch our new AI Assistant later this year. The new assistant will be integrated throughout the platform and will deliver results personalised to you and your priorities leveraging the content from the platform.

Transcript summary updates [UK Monitoring]: We have improved Transcript summaries by introducing clearer thematic headings and bolding speaker names where identified, making it easier to see at a glance who said what.

Email engagement insights [UK + EU Monitoring]: We have added richer email insights to our SRM to help you better understand exactly how your outreach campaigns are landing and track their impact. With the new data you can see:

  • See who engaged: For each email, see who opened it and when.

  • Know which content lands: See which links each contact clicked, and how many times.

  • Spot delivery problems: See who didn’t receive your email and why.

  • Check one contact’s activity: Open any recipient to see everything they did with that email.

  • Export for your reports: Download recipient and click data in a spreadsheet to show value to your internal stakeholders.

Redesigned notification cards [UK + EU Monitoring]: We have updated the notifications page so that the cards displayed more clearly communicate the relevant information. These updates apply to EU clients who follow procedures and for UK clients who have set up their Transcript-specific mentions and receive in-app notifications when their key terms are mentioned.

Procedure notification email update [EU Monitoring]: We have also enhanced your Procedure notification emails to make it easier to see exactly what’s changed in the Procedures you follow:

  • Clearer subject lines: See at a glance what’s changed, the source of the update, and which Procedure is affected.

  • More informative emails: Quickly understand what’s changed, whether it’s a new event, post, status update, or change to key players.

  • Easy calendar syncing: When a new Event is added to a Procedure, you can add it directly to your calendar from the notification email.

  • Fewer, more relevant alerts: Receive more meaningful notifications, including updates when new rapporteurs are appointed.
